Babolat Jet Mach 3 Wide – Lightweight shoes for wide feet and fast movements
The Jet Mach 3 Wide is made for players who need extra room in their shoes without compromising on speed, stability, or comfort. This version is designed specifically for players with wider feet and is suitable for both padel and tennis thanks to its all-court outsole.
Ultra-lightweight and durable construction
The upper is crafted from advanced Matryx® EVO material, which combines aramid and polyamide fibers in high-stress zones. This creates an incredibly light and breathable shoe that still delivers strong support, making it ideal for explosive movements and quick changes of direction.
Shock absorption and top-level comfort
With the KPRS-X 2 cushioning system, you get effective shock absorption on every landing. The softer EVA foam in the heel ensures maximum comfort and protects against strain, while the rounded heel makes the transition between stopping and accelerating smoother.
Michelin Premium outsole for long-lasting durability
The outsole has been developed in collaboration with Michelin and optimized for the specific movements you make on court. The tread pattern is reinforced in high-wear areas and made lighter in less exposed zones, ensuring improved durability and grip whether you play padel or tennis.

3 tips to extend the lifespan of your padel shoes
1. Let your shoes dry completely after use
Let your shoes dry naturally after use, and remove the insoles if possible. Avoid placing your shoes in direct sunlight or on a radiator, as this can reduce the durability of the materials. Store them in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid leaving them in a closed sports bag for long periods, as moisture and heat can damage the materials and cause unpleasant odours.
2. Clean your shoes regularly
Remove dust and dirt after use by wiping your shoes with a damp cloth. You can also use a soft brush on the soles to remove sand and dirt, which would otherwise wear down the materials.
3. Only use your shoes for padel
Avoid wearing your shoes as everyday footwear or for other sports. The soles are designed for a specific surface, and using them on asphalt or other hard surfaces can significantly shorten their lifespan. Check the tread pattern and heel regularly. If they are worn down, the shoes lose grip and cushioning, which increases the risk of injury.
3 tips to get the most out of your padel shoes
1. Choose a shoe that suits the court surface
Padel courts vary in how much sand there is on the surface. The general condition of the court and the level of wear can also differ. These factors affect what you need from your footwear, so make sure to choose a shoe that matches the demands of the court. The right shoe helps you move better on court and gives you lasting comfort.
2. Play in high-quality socks
Invest in sports socks designed for padel. Good socks reduce friction, provide extra support and help keep your feet dry during play.
3. Extra cushioning? Consider insoles
If you play a lot, or simply want to reduce the risk of injury, consider upgrading your shoes with a good pair of insoles. They provide extra cushioning in the heel and reduce strain on your ankles, knees and back.
