The shoe is built to provide a solid platform and superior shock absorption, helping you maintain lower-body stability as movement starts from the feet.

The flat outsole combined with an integrated outrigger expands the contact surface with the court. This gives you better support when rotating through the body and helps keep the foot stable as weight shifts quickly from side to side. The result is more control in movement and a more secure feel when pushing off in diagonal directions.

The outer side of the upper is reinforced with CPU material, increasing lateral stability and helping the shoe resist twisting when load is placed on the outside of the foot.

Effective cushioning

Mizuno Enerzy NXT is positioned in both the heel and under the forefoot to absorb impact during landings and create a smoother weight transfer into the push-off. When you accelerate again, energy is quickly returned, making movement feel more connected and less heavy.

The updated Enerzy NXT has also reduced the shoe’s weight by approximately five grams compared to the previous model, without compromising cushioning or responsiveness. This provides a lighter feel underfoot, even during longer matches.

The updated Dyna-Heel Lock Lite construction delivers a more precise fit around the ankle and heel. The foot stays better in place, reducing internal movement and creating greater stability during lateral steps and braking.
