The Hyper 2.0 series is Oxdog's drop-shaped padel racket collection, offering the perfect mix of control and power. The series is especially suited for all-round players looking for a racket that allows them to switch between defensive and offensive shots in padel.
Technologies
Oxdog prides itself on being at the forefront of technology and has successfully integrated several interesting features, all aimed at helping you perform at your best.
PowerRibs are placed at the top of the racket to provide more power without requiring additional effort. This technology, combined with Oxdog's High Energy System™-carbon, transfers the power from your shot to a higher speed for the ball while reducing vibrations.
Racket Balance System (RBS) includes two removable weights, allowing you to adjust the racket's weight and balance to match your personal preferences. This feature lets you reduce the racket's weight for improved maneuverability.
Silent Speed: The HES-Carbon frame ensures that the energy from your shot is directly transferred to the ball, resulting in significantly lower sound from the impact.
HES Carbon: In addition to maximizing energy transfer for more power, HES carbon also contributes to extended durability of the racket's carbon fibers.
Double Size Hole Pattern (DSH) significantly improves ball contact. When you hit off-center, many top rackets result in poor contact, but this technology enhances playability off-center while maximizing power.
Vibradamp: Besides improving off-center ball contact, Oxdog's Vibradamp system reduces vibrations in the racket. The three-layer design reduces strain on your wrist, elbow, and shoulder, making it a great option for preventing or managing injuries in these areas.
Side Ports: Air channels are integrated into the heart of the racket to improve maneuverability and reduce air resistance.
Dural Moulded: The frame is made with Dural Moulding technology for added durability and performance.

3 tips to extend the lifespan of your padel racket
1. Use a frame protector
Fit a frame protector to your racket to minimise damage from contact with the court glass or metal mesh. It is a simple addition that may not look like much, but it can help extend the life of your racket by protecting it from knocks and scratches.
2. Avoid extreme temperatures
Store your racket at a stable room temperature. Over time, both very high and very low temperatures can weaken the foam in the racket core and reduce performance. Avoid leaving your racket in places such as a cold car boot or close to a hot radiator.
3. Protect your racket during transport
Keep your racket in a bag or cover to protect it from scratches, dirt and knocks. This is especially important during transport or storage between matches, as proper storage helps reduce wear and tear.
3 tips to get the most out of your padel racket
1. Choose the right racket for your level and playing style
Choose a racket that matches your level and playing style. New players may benefit from a racket with a softer face and a large sweetspot, while more experienced players often prefer a stiffer construction with more emphasis on precision or power.
2. Replace your overgrip regularly
Replacing your overgrip regularly helps maintain a fresh grip and improves comfort and control. A worn grip can cause the racket to slip in your hand and put extra strain on your wrist and forearm during play.
3. Upgrade your racket when the time is right
Over time, the foam in the racket core loses its elasticity and performance. This means you will no longer get the same response from your shots. If you have been using the same racket for several seasons or notice a drop in its performance, it is a sign that it is time to invest in a new one.
