Return Policy

As a customer of Padellife, you have a full return period of 14 days from the purchase date in our webshop. The return label must be printed no later than 14 days after receiving your order to be within the time frame. During the Christmas period and Black Friday, the return right is often extended. If this is the case, the extended return period will be stated on the website.

We appreciate the trust you have placed in us by shopping with us. We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and are happy to assist you after your purchase. If you wish to cancel your purchase and return the product, please use our return portal to purchase a return label.

Please note: We can only refund the money via the payment method you used for your order. If you paid with a gift card (or partially with a gift card), the amount will be refunded to the same gift card once your return is processed (minus any return costs).

Return and Refund

If you wish to cancel your purchase and get your money back, there is a €10 charge to use our return portal, which covers the return shipping and processing costs. The €10 will be deducted from the amount refunded for your order. We do not refund shipping costs, so if you purchased for €30 + €10 shipping and wish to return and get a refund, €20 will be refunded in total.

Please make sure to fill out the return form and include it with your return so our warehouse can process it efficiently.

Note: Our return packages are processed at our warehouse location, where we only accept business packages. If your package ends up in a parcel shop, it will not be picked up.

Free Return for Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, the return shipping costs are free. Simply fill out the details in the return portal and indicate your exchange request on the return form. Please check the stock status before submitting your exchange request. If a product is sold out, we will contact you via email to find a solution.

Return Package Processing Time

We strive to process your return as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days of receiving your package. Once your return is processed, our system will send a confirmation, and the refund may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment method you used. Orders paid with Visa or Mastercard typically take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and January sales, the processing time for returns may be longer.

When is a product considered used?

It is not possible to return a product that has been used, even if the product has only been used once and appears undamaged. If you want to return a product, it must be in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and in the state it was delivered. Below are examples of different product types and what to watch out for:

  • Padel rackets must be returned with the plastic on the handle intact. If accessories (frame protectors, overgrips, etc.) have been applied, the return right is void.
  • Shoes must be in the original box with the labels still attached. Shoes can be tried on to check the fit, but they should show no signs of use. Dirt, odor, and signs of use are considered as usage.
  • Bags must be packed in the original packaging if possible, and the labels should still be attached. Dirt, odor, and signs of use are considered as usage.
  • Ball tubes must remain under pressure in the original packaging.
  • Clothing can be tried on to check the fit, but dirt, odor, and signs of use are considered as usage.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1

  • Package the product in the original packaging, if included with your delivery. The original packaging should be undamaged, as outlined in the "When is a product considered used?" section above. For example, the plastic on the racket handle must be intact, and the labels should not be removed.
  • Package the product in extra packaging so that the original packaging is not damaged during transit. Padellife does not accept returns if only a label or tape has been applied to the original packaging.
  • Insufficient packaging that causes damage to the product or the original packaging is the responsibility of the customer and may result in the return being rejected.

Step 2

  • Fill out the return form on our return portal to print a return label and purchase return shipping. By filling out this return form, you agree to pay the €10 return fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded for your order.
  • Attach the return label securely to the package, so it can be scanned multiple times by GLS. Ensure that the return label is the only label on the package.
  • Drop the package off at your local GLS parcel shop.

Step 3

  • We will process your return as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days of receiving it.
  • Once we process your return, we will send a confirmation email (also check your spam filter). The refund may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.

Note: Payments can only be refunded to the payment method originally used for the order. It is not possible to refund payments to a different card. Payments made with gift cards (or partially with gift cards) will be refunded to the same gift card, minus any return costs.
