Return Policy
When you receive a product that you wish to return, please make sure to send the product back to us and order your new product at the same time. As the payment on your card is linked to your current order, you will need to place a new order.
Step 1
Pack your product in the original packaging, if provided. Important: The original packaging must be unbroken. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. For example, the plastic on the handle of the racket must be intact and tags/stickers attached to shoes or bags must not be removed.
Pack the product in an extra wrapping so that the original packaging is not damaged during shipping. Padellife doesn't accept if the original packaging is written, taped or labelled.
In case a product is received with the above, it will cost the customer 35 €.
Step 2
Fill out the return form here to purchase return shipping. By filling in this return form you agree that the 10 € you have to pay for the return will be deducted from the amount you have to return.
The purchased return label must then be securely attached to your return package so that it can be scanned multiple times by GLS.
Drop off the package at your local GLS parcel shop.

The money will be returned as soon as we have processed your return package. This usually takes 3-4 business days
