With the Babolat Stima Energy 2023, the female padel player gets an incredibly light and tolerant racket with lots of control and a large sweetspot.

Stima Energy 2023 is part of Babolat's lightest racket series to date. In other words, at just 335 grams, you get a super manoeuvrable racket with great tolerance and comfort. For Babolat, a major focus in the development of the racket has been to create a carbon racket that does not become too stiff, but which will still be able to generate power without you having to use too much effort.

In addition to a large sweetspot and a reasonably soft core, Babolat has equipped the racket with a round head and an even weight balance. The round head with the sweetspot placed lower in the racket gives you particularly good control on defensive shots, while the neutral balance ensures that you can still generate ball speed.

Compared to Babolat's Dyna series, you get more control with the Stima series due to the round head versus the teardrop shape of the Dyna rackets.

Weight: 335 grams

The Babolat Stima Energy women's racket is tailor-made for those who want a lightweight, comfortable control racket.

Technologies Applied in the Babolat Stima Energy 2023

Holes Pattern System

Optimized placement and size of the holes based on the specific racket head shape to increase the power transmission and accuracy of the stroke.

Black EVA

The core is made of elastic foam for maximum power and comfort during the stroke.

Carbon Flex

The surface is made of two different materials to offer the best of both worlds: Massive power through carbon and easy generation of power through fiberglass. The goal is a flexible surface with a high power output.

3D Spin

The small textures in the surface combined with a rough finish contribute to improved control and grip of the ball.

Vibrasorb System

This technology covers a new elastomer material in graphite, which is integrated into the heart of the racket. The technology reduces the vibrations of the stroke and thus the risk of injury.

Smart Buttcap

New concept that allows you to adjust the size of the wrist strap or remove it completely.

3 Tips on How to Extend the Lifespan of Your Padel Racket

Use a frame protector

Apply a frame protector to your racket to minimize damage from hits against the glass walls or the fence. This simple addition can significantly extend the lifespan of your racket by protecting it from knocks and scratches.

Avoid extreme temperatures

Store your racket in a room with stable temperatures. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or a cold garage, as extreme temperatures can weaken the materials and affect the racket’s performance over time.

Transport your racket safely

Always keep your racket in a bag or a cover to protect it from scratches, dirt, and knocks. This is especially important when traveling or storing the racket between games, as proper storage reduces wear and tear.

3 Tips on How to Get the Most Out of Your Padel Racket

Choose the right racket for your level and style

Pick a racket that suits your playing level and preferred style of play. Beginners might benefit from a racket with a larger sweetspot, while advanced players often prefer a more precise or powerful racket tailored to their game.

Replace your overgrip regularly

Changing the overgrip frequently keeps your racket feeling fresh and ensures a firm, comfortable grip. Worn-out grips can lead to slipping and strain on your hand during play.

Upgrade your racket when needed

Over time, the foam in the core of the racket loses its performance, resulting in reduced power and control. If you’ve used the same racket for several seasons or notice a drop in performance, consider investing in a new one to maintain your game at its best.
