The Most Popular Padel Rackets from Babolat

Especially 3 series of Babolat padel rackets are highly popular. These are the Viper, Veron and Vertuo ranges. The 3 series are all in Babolat's high quality and design, and they differ mainly by the materials they are produced in. In each of the series you will also find 3 models that cater to different player types:

  • Counter (Control racket in black/yellow colors with a round headshape)
  • Air (allround racket in black/blue colors with a teardrop headshape)
  • Technical (Power racket in black/red with a diamond shape)

Babolat Viper

The Viper series is Babolat's top series of padel rackets. They are produced with full carbon frames and they are made for advanced and professional players. No matter which racket in the series you choose, you are guaranteed a high performance; when you hit the ball well, you are rewarded with a great output in your strokes.

Babolat Veron

The Veron series is just below the Viper series. Padel rackets in the Veron series are priced a little cheaper, and they are generally a really attractive option for many padel players, from intermediate or quick learners right through to the very experienced players. Veron rackets are made with a slightly softer surface than the Viper series, making Veron easier to play with and more gentle on the elbow and shoulder.

In terms of design, the two top series Viper and Veron are very close and to the untrained eye they look very similar. You can tell the difference between the Viper and Veron padel rackets by looking for the name of the series, which appears in white on black on the racket head.

Babolat Vertuo

The Babolat Vertuo range is ideal for beginners and up to intermediate level players. With its fibreglass surface and soft foam core, it's easy to control your strokes on the padel court, while helping you if you don't hit the centre of the racket every time.

Babolat's Juan Lebron Collection

Babolat sponsors the Spanish padel star, Juan Lebrón. He is known for his entertaining style of play, where he is known for hitting the ball out of the cage from the most incredible positions on the court. Lebron plays with the Babolat Technical Viper Juan Lebron Edition and Jet Premura 2 Juan Lebron Edition padel shoe. You can find our full range of Babolat's Juan Lebron collection here.

3D Spin+

A rough pattern on the racket surface that gives you an improved grip on the ball with the ability to put extra spin into your shots.

Holes Pattern System

The position and size of the holes are adapted to each type of racket and its headshape for optimal weight transfer and control.

Which Babolat Padel Racket Should I Choose?

Test a Racket before You Buy

In cooperation with Babolat, we offer you the opportunity to test a racket before you decide whether to buy a new one. The price for the test is € 35, of which € 20 is deducted from the price if you buy a new racket. The remaining € 15 covers a return label from us for the return shipping.

Be Aware of this before You Test

There may be a waiting period for popular models. We'll give you an estimate of when you can expect to be able to test a particular racket.

It is not possible to keep the test racket after you have tested it. It must be returned to us and we will send you a new one if you wish to purchase a new.

This service is only available for Babolat rackets.

How to Proceed in Order to Test a Racket

1. Send an email to info@padellife.com with the racket you want to test, your name, phone number, email and the address we should send the racket to. Please write "Test of Babolat Racket" in the subject line.

2. We will send you a payment link where you can pay the € 35 and info about when you can expect to receive the test racket.

3. Once you have paid, we will send the racket by GLS to a parcel shop near you. Once we have shipped the racket, you have 1 week to test it. Together with the test racket we will include a return label and a return slip. Once you have tested the racket, send it back to us by GLS using the enclosed return label.

4. If you wish to buy a new racket, simply purchase this in our webshop. Note the order number of the new racket you buy on the return slip you enclose when you send the test racket back to us. We will then deduct € 20 from the € 35 you paid for the test racket. If you don't want to buy a new racket, the € 20 is not refunded.
