Babolat Stima Spirit 2023 has a core of elastic foam and combined with a low weight and a soft surface, you get a large sweetspot and a racket that is really gentle on the wrist and elbow. In addition, thanks to a round head, you get a padel racket with lots of control.

Compared to many unisex rackets on the market, the Stima Spirit is 30-40 grams lighter and the frame is slightly narrower. This results in a more manoeuvrable racket and a faster swing speed.

Compared to the Dyna rackets, which are also designed for women, Stima's round head gives you more control, whereas the teardrop shape of the Dyna rackets gives you more power.
