Head Gravity Motion 2024 is the padel racket for those who want maneuverability and control. The round head with the weight balance distributed down towards the shaft, in combination with the low weight of just 355 grams, ensures an extremely fast racket.
The surface is made of fiberglass and the core of Head's Control Foam to give you easy access to create power and comfort, as well as helping to reduce vibrations, especially on those dirty hits.
In the latest 2024 edition, the Head Motion racket has been upgraded with a slightly lighter frame construction, a rough surface finish and Auxetic 2.0 technology for even better feel of the ball.
If you want a little more power and stability from the racket, you can consider Head Gravity Pro, which is about 10 grams heavier and a mix of carbon and fiberglass surface. This makes the Pro version harder and more powerful, while the Motion is faster and more comfortable.
Weight: 355 grams
Technologies of the Head Gravity Motion 2024
Control Foam
The foam in the core of the racket is Head's 'Control Foam', which ensures an enhanced sweetspot and feeling in your ball strikes.
Spin Surface
Get more spin in your shots thanks to the rough coating on the racket surface, which provides extra grip on the ball's felt.
Smart Bridge
The bridge of the racket is specifically designed to support the characteristics of the racket and give you maximum benefit in every stroke.
Soft Butt Cap
This technology involves shock-absorbing rubber implemented at the bottom of the shaft. It reduces vibration up through the grip and spares your arm and elbow.
Tailored Frame
The frame construction is produced from small tube sections which are individually designed to give the racket the best possible performance.
Auxetic 2.0
The racket is made with auxetic materials that expand when stretched and subjected to pressure. This improves contact with the ball at the moment of impact.
Graphene Inside
The frame of the racket is strengthened in specific areas to provide more stability and increased power transfer in the stroke.

3 tips to extend the lifespan of your padel racket
1. Use a frame protector
Fit a frame protector to your racket to minimise damage from contact with the court glass or metal mesh. It is a simple addition that may not look like much, but it can help extend the life of your racket by protecting it from knocks and scratches.
2. Avoid extreme temperatures
Store your racket at a stable room temperature. Over time, both very high and very low temperatures can weaken the foam in the racket core and reduce performance. Avoid leaving your racket in places such as a cold car boot or close to a hot radiator.
3. Protect your racket during transport
Keep your racket in a bag or cover to protect it from scratches, dirt and knocks. This is especially important during transport or storage between matches, as proper storage helps reduce wear and tear.
3 tips to get the most out of your padel racket
1. Choose the right racket for your level and playing style
Choose a racket that matches your level and playing style. New players may benefit from a racket with a softer face and a large sweetspot, while more experienced players often prefer a stiffer construction with more emphasis on precision or power.
2. Replace your overgrip regularly
Replacing your overgrip regularly helps maintain a fresh grip and improves comfort and control. A worn grip can cause the racket to slip in your hand and put extra strain on your wrist and forearm during play.
3. Upgrade your racket when the time is right
Over time, the foam in the racket core loses its elasticity and performance. This means you will no longer get the same response from your shots. If you have been using the same racket for several seasons or notice a drop in its performance, it is a sign that it is time to invest in a new one.
