Siux Fenix Pro 5 Black Edition is an exclusive black edition of Siux's powerful top-tier racket, created for the offensive padel player. The racket's head-heavy balance and diamond-shaped head contribute to a distinct attacking feel that really comes into its own on smashes and aggressive overheads.
The core consists of hard EVA foam, while the face is made from 24K carbon fibre. This combination gives you excellent precision when the ball is struck cleanly in the sweetspot. It does, however, require solid technique, as the racket is less forgiving on off-centre hits. In return, you are rewarded with plenty of power when you connect with the sweetspot.
Compared to the previous Fenix Pro 4, this model has been adjusted with a slightly harder surface, which further increases the effect of clean strikes. The characteristic 3D texture on the surface also provides better grip on the ball and enhances both spin and feel.
The Black Edition version stands out with its clean, black look – without compromising on performance.

3 tips to extend the lifespan of your padel racket
1. Use a frame protector
Fit a frame protector to your racket to minimise damage from contact with the court glass or metal mesh. It is a simple addition that may not look like much, but it can help extend the life of your racket by protecting it from knocks and scratches.
2. Avoid extreme temperatures
Store your racket at a stable room temperature. Over time, both very high and very low temperatures can weaken the foam in the racket core and reduce performance. Avoid leaving your racket in places such as a cold car boot or close to a hot radiator.
3. Protect your racket during transport
Keep your racket in a bag or cover to protect it from scratches, dirt and knocks. This is especially important during transport or storage between matches, as proper storage helps reduce wear and tear.
3 tips to get the most out of your padel racket
1. Choose the right racket for your level and playing style
Choose a racket that matches your level and playing style. New players may benefit from a racket with a softer face and a large sweetspot, while more experienced players often prefer a stiffer construction with more emphasis on precision or power.
2. Replace your overgrip regularly
Replacing your overgrip regularly helps maintain a fresh grip and improves comfort and control. A worn grip can cause the racket to slip in your hand and put extra strain on your wrist and forearm during play.
3. Upgrade your racket when the time is right
Over time, the foam in the racket core loses its elasticity and performance. This means you will no longer get the same response from your shots. If you have been using the same racket for several seasons or notice a drop in its performance, it is a sign that it is time to invest in a new one.
