The Starvie Triton Balance+ is a diamond-shaped padel racket developed for players who want extra power without losing control. With its combination of an 18K Carbon Hybrid surface and M-EVA Balance core, it provides a firm yet more comfortable touch compared to the Power version, making the racket easier to handle in pressured game situations.
Head Shape, Weight, and Balance
The Triton Balance+ features a diamond shape with a thickness of 38 mm. It weighs approx. 358 grams (+/- 8 g) and has a neutral balance, offering a strong mix of power and stability while maintaining maneuverability.
Materials
The surface is built with 18K Carbon Hybrid, creating a balance between precision, comfort, and power. The core consists of M-EVA Balance foam with medium-high density, delivering a more balanced feel where control and ball response support an offensive style of play. The frame is designed with a five-sided profile for increased stability and precision.

3 tips to extend the lifespan of your padel racket
1. Use a frame protector
Fit a frame protector to your racket to minimise damage from contact with the court glass or metal mesh. It is a simple addition that may not look like much, but it can help extend the life of your racket by protecting it from knocks and scratches.
2. Avoid extreme temperatures
Store your racket at a stable room temperature. Over time, both very high and very low temperatures can weaken the foam in the racket core and reduce performance. Avoid leaving your racket in places such as a cold car boot or close to a hot radiator.
3. Protect your racket during transport
Keep your racket in a bag or cover to protect it from scratches, dirt and knocks. This is especially important during transport or storage between matches, as proper storage helps reduce wear and tear.
3 tips to get the most out of your padel racket
1. Choose the right racket for your level and playing style
Choose a racket that matches your level and playing style. New players may benefit from a racket with a softer face and a large sweetspot, while more experienced players often prefer a stiffer construction with more emphasis on precision or power.
2. Replace your overgrip regularly
Replacing your overgrip regularly helps maintain a fresh grip and improves comfort and control. A worn grip can cause the racket to slip in your hand and put extra strain on your wrist and forearm during play.
3. Upgrade your racket when the time is right
Over time, the foam in the racket core loses its elasticity and performance. This means you will no longer get the same response from your shots. If you have been using the same racket for several seasons or notice a drop in its performance, it is a sign that it is time to invest in a new one.
