Babolat Technical Veron 2.5 is the ultimate padel racket for the offensive player seeking a combination of power and comfort!

The Technical Veron 2.5 is designed with a diamond-shaped head and a head-heavy balance, allowing aggressive padel players to take control with powerful and precise shots. The racket’s medium-hard core and surface ensure plenty of power and precision, without feeling as stiff as the full carbon rackets in the Viper series. This makes it ideal for players who want significant power while also protecting the elbow and shoulder from overuse.

The strap on the Babolat Technical Veron 2.5 can be replaced or completely removed, so it can be customized to your needs. In addition, the racket is packed with advanced technologies, including 3D Spin and Carbon Flex, which provide a textured surface for extra spin and power in your shots.

The Veron series positions itself between the Vertuo and Viper series. This means it is harder than the Vertuo but softer and more forgiving than the Viper. Unlike the Viper series' pure carbon surface, the Veron rackets are made with a combination of fiberglass and carbon, providing increased comfort and tolerance without compromising performance.

Technologies in the Babolat Technical Veron 2.5

Holes Pattern System
Optimized placement and size of the holes in relation to the racket's specific head shape to enhance weight transfer and precision in your shots.

Black EVA
The core is made from elastic foam that provides maximum power and comfort during ball contact.

Carbon Flex
The surface is made from two different materials to offer the best of both worlds: solid power from carbon and easy power generation from fiberglass. The goal is a flexible surface with a high output of power.

3D Spin
Small textures on the surface combined with a rough finish provide even better control and grip on the ball.

Vibrasorb System
This technology involves a new elastomer material in graphite integrated into the heart of the racket. It reduces vibrations in the shot, minimizing the risk of injury.

Smart Buttcap
A new concept that allows you to adjust the size of the strap or completely remove it.

3 tips to extend the lifespan of your padel racket

1. Use a frame protector

Fit a frame protector to your racket to minimise damage from contact with the court glass or metal mesh. It is a simple addition that may not look like much, but it can help extend the life of your racket by protecting it from knocks and scratches.

2. Avoid extreme temperatures

Store your racket at a stable room temperature. Over time, both very high and very low temperatures can weaken the foam in the racket core and reduce performance. Avoid leaving your racket in places such as a cold car boot or close to a hot radiator.

3. Protect your racket during transport

Keep your racket in a bag or cover to protect it from scratches, dirt and knocks. This is especially important during transport or storage between matches, as proper storage helps reduce wear and tear.

3 tips to get the most out of your padel racket

1. Choose the right racket for your level and playing style

Choose a racket that matches your level and playing style. New players may benefit from a racket with a softer face and a large sweetspot, while more experienced players often prefer a stiffer construction with more emphasis on precision or power.

2. Replace your overgrip regularly

Replacing your overgrip regularly helps maintain a fresh grip and improves comfort and control. A worn grip can cause the racket to slip in your hand and put extra strain on your wrist and forearm during play.

3. Upgrade your racket when the time is right

Over time, the foam in the racket core loses its elasticity and performance. This means you will no longer get the same response from your shots. If you have been using the same racket for several seasons or notice a drop in its performance, it is a sign that it is time to invest in a new one.
