Varlion LW Summum Prisma W is a top control bat targeted at intermediate and professional players. The control you get especially from a round head shape and a neutral balance in combination with a 12k carbon surface.

The racket is built with Varlion's PRISMA frame, which has reduced the frame's contact point with walls and surfaces by 90%, as well as reducing air resistance by 10%. All this means improved manoeuvrability and a faster swing speed.

In addition, Varlion has reinforced the racket's most exposed point (the racket head) with a bumper that fits perfectly to the shape of the head for extra protection of the racket's frame.
To eliminate the effect of temperature on the racket's materials, this model is made with two types of rubber: a softer one, called "W", recommended for use at low temperatures or up to 25ºC ; and a harder one, called "S", recommended for use at temperatures above 25ºC.

In addition, the racket is produced with:
- A longer grip than normal to give the player a more comfortable and professional grip and also to make it easier to use both hands in the back hand.
- A 1 cm larger striking surface.
- A gradual hole pattern with a total of 76 holes to improve and expand the sweetspot of the bat.
- Wings Diffuser technology at the heart of the bat for more manoeuvrability and precision.

3 Tips on How to Extend the Lifespan of Your Padel Racket

Use a frame protector

Apply a frame protector to your racket to minimize damage from hits against the glass walls or the fence. This simple addition can significantly extend the lifespan of your racket by protecting it from knocks and scratches.

Avoid extreme temperatures

Store your racket in a room with stable temperatures. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or a cold garage, as extreme temperatures can weaken the materials and affect the racket’s performance over time.

Transport your racket safely

Always keep your racket in a bag or a cover to protect it from scratches, dirt, and knocks. This is especially important when traveling or storing the racket between games, as proper storage reduces wear and tear.

3 Tips on How to Get the Most Out of Your Padel Racket

Choose the right racket for your level and style

Pick a racket that suits your playing level and preferred style of play. Beginners might benefit from a racket with a larger sweetspot, while advanced players often prefer a more precise or powerful racket tailored to their game.

Replace your overgrip regularly

Changing the overgrip frequently keeps your racket feeling fresh and ensures a firm, comfortable grip. Worn-out grips can lead to slipping and strain on your hand during play.

Upgrade your racket when needed

Over time, the foam in the core of the racket loses its performance, resulting in reduced power and control. If you’ve used the same racket for several seasons or notice a drop in performance, consider investing in a new one to maintain your game at its best.
